Business Development Executive


Responsibilities:


  • To prospect and engage corporate clients for the company’s rage of software solutions and services.
  • Channel management and development of ties with the company's strategic business partners (e.g. Mobile Operators, Hardware suppliers).
  • Management of team quotas to meet quarterly performance targets.
  • Project co-ordination and liaising with the engineering team to ensure delivery of client projects.
  • The candidate must be able to understand the needs of the clients and match products and services to solve business related problems.
  • A moderate amount of travel within the region may be required on a project to project basis.
  • To expand current clientele base into new nontraditional markets.

Requirements:


  • Candidate should possess at least a degree in Information Technology, Sales & Marketing or the equivalent.
  • Candidate should have between 1 to 3 years sales related experience in sales and marketing in the IT sector.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage business people at various levels.
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Candidates with a flare for concept selling and marketing of services will do well in this position.
  • The candidate should find working with technology partners and new hardware equipment interesting.
  • Applications should demonstrate prior sales experience and notable achievements.
  • Candidates shortlisted for interview will be required to demonstrate his / her approach to solutions selling and meeting of objectives.
